| All teachers at Good Shepherd have backgrounds filled with experience. Teachers are required to hold degrees, credentials or have the equivalent in post-secondary education. Each class has a full-time teacher's aide. One important employment requirement for working at Good Shepherd Preschool is love of children. Each member of the staff is certified annually by a practicing physician to be free from any disability which would prevent them from caring for children. The entire staff has monthly planning sessions to share ideas and experiences in order to strive to keep our curriculum exciting and rewarding. |
